Backed up by SCHULER consultancy, Moll Funktionsmöbel converted its container assembly into a pull principle based assembly. The conversion was prepared in an optimization workshop. The output of the assembly line could be increased by more than 20%.

The Zimmer Group deploys SCHULER Optimization workshops (OWS) as an effective method for the continuous improvement (CIP). The benefit is that the defined improvements are sustained by the employees enabling their lasting and effective realization.

In cooperation with the Sedus experts, the SCHULER consultants optimized the entire cabinet furniture program under the aspects of value engineering. The result was an increased customer benefit and simultaneously a reduction of production costs.
