The entire production process is transparently controlled by SCHULER-MOS (Manufacturing Organization System). The software links the order processing system with the machines and workstations in the production.
SCHULER-MOS organizes the bidirectional exchange of data: On the one hand, SCHULER-MOS prepares and delivers production data, such as production orders, drawings or NC parameters to the machines and workstations. The system allows for short term reactions and modifications if required. On the other hand, SCHULER-MOS collects and monitors production data, such as order status, quantities or processing times.

Office clients for data management and data evaluation and production clients for data distribution and acquisition are linked through a central server.
